Built different, priced fairly
Every Larch 9 site ships on infrastructure most local studios don't have. Here, it's the baseline every build starts from.
Lighthouse ≥95 mobile
Gated in CI on every build — most local studios sell this as a paid upgrade, if they offer it at all.
Reports that count bookings
GA4 + typed events track calls and bookings, the numbers that actually matter, instead of vanity pageviews.
Schema.org, everywhere
The same structure Google and AI answer engines read to decide who to cite.
Add-ons
Scale also includes an optional AI-workflow pilot — intake, follow-ups, and the busywork between bookings — for when you're ready; the site comes first.
The guarantee
You're covered three ways.
- Love the first design direction, or we rework it, on us.
- Changed your mind before we start building? Full refund.
- Every launch includes 30 days of support to get everything just right.
Pricing & timeline questions
What does a website actually cost?
Builds start at $1,500 and most clients land between $2,500 and $5,000, depending on how much design, copy, and SEO groundwork your business needs. Every package pairs a one-time build fee with a monthly care plan — that's the part that keeps your site fast, found, and booking after launch. No surprise invoices: we quote the full number on the call before any work starts.
How long until my site is live?
Most Launch builds go live in 2–3 weeks; Grow builds in 4–6. The pace mostly depends on how quickly we get your photos, prices, and policies from you — we'll give you a short checklist on day one so nothing stalls. You'll see the design direction within the first week, and nothing goes live until you've approved it.
How much of my time will this take?
Around two hours total for most builds: a kickoff call, a short checklist of things only you have (photos, prices, policies), and a review of the design direction. We write the copy, source the structure, and handle the technical side. You run your business; we'll come to you when we genuinely need a decision.
I get clients from Instagram — do I really need a website?
Instagram is where people find you; a website is where they decide and book. Without one, every new client has to DM you, wait for a reply, and negotiate a time — and the ones who message at 11pm and hear nothing book somewhere else. A site that shows your work, your prices, and a "book now" button turns followers into appointments without you touching your phone. Send us your handle and we'll show you exactly what's slipping through — that's the free teardown.
Why not just use GlossGenius or Vagaro?
Those are booking tools, not booking engines — they run your calendar, not your Google presence. They don't build local SEO, they don't do conversion design, and they don't get you found by someone searching "[your service] near me." We're integration-friendly: keep GlossGenius or Vagaro for the booking layer if it's working for you, and Larch 9 owns the growth layer — the site, the SEO, and the Google Business Profile that bring the bookings in the first place.
